The President shall have general supervision over all affairs of the A.C.E.A., serve as an ex-officio member of all committees and preside over all meetings of the Executive Board, Representative Council, and general membership. The President shall represent the Association before the public.

In the absence of the President, one of the Vice-Presidents, a total of three, shall perform the duties of president. The vice-presidents also work closely with the one or more standing committees as the president suggests.

The Recording Secretary shall keep records for all meetings of the Association and Representative Council, and shall disseminate all information to the membership.

The Corresponding Secretary shall write all communications as directed by the president and the Association.

The Treasurer shall be responsible for all accounting of monies of the Association and shall have such additional powers and duties as may be assigned by the President.

The officers listed above compose your Executive Board. The seven (7) officers meet once every month, September to June.

Election petitions will be forwarded to all interested parties. Deadline for completed petitions will be February 4th 2022 at 2:45 PM.
